Thanks to this the applicant can use non reimbursable financings for projects regarding investments for the construction of new structures to produce electric and thermal energy from renewable resources: micro plants, aeolian and other types of installations.
The idea of this program there was a lot of time ago and the destination of the money could not be another in the actual context, characterized by the energetic crisis worldwide.
